So this is the use of one of Inazuma's Bankai's abililties know as Mayonaka Kiba in use. When using Mayonaka Kiba Inazuma can use the Bankai and Shikai of any Zanpoktou he's holding. A little of a side note using more then two would instantly kill him no matter what.
